SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPMENT
Delivery and shipping are handled by Livezo. Each package is provided with Track & Trace and is completely secure for you as a customer. for free.
We will ship your package within 1-3 business days. The package will be shipped directly from the carrier, which is more cost-effective for you as a customer. This may mean it takes a little longer to receive your package.
Our streamlined process includes direct shipping from the supplier, which offers you cost savings. However, please note that this may slightly increase delivery times.
Packages are usually delivered within an average of ten to fourteen working days.
RETURN
Are you not entirely satisfied with the product you received? Of course you can. You can return your order at any time within 14 days!
If your product is broken, returning it is often unnecessary; we'll simply send you a new one!
Additional costs may apply depending on the country of departure.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Lumovia assumes no responsibility for lost returns. We do not provide return labels, nor do we cover return shipping costs. These expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Style, size and photo changes
Once you have placed your order, you agree that it is a custom product that will go into production immediately and that no further changes are possible.
Address changes
Please note that slight sizing variations may occur when ordering. We recommend choosing one size larger to ensure a comfortable fit.
Please also note that colors and appearance may vary slightly from the original photos due to differences in lighting and the professional studio environment in which the photos were taken.
Consequently, no further changes or modifications can be made once the product is prepared or shipped. We thank you for your understanding and acceptance of this policy.
Damaged/misprinted items
If the product arrives defective, we will reprint the item and return it free of charge. Please contact us here with a picture of the item and your order number. We will reprint your item and return it to you within seven business days.
If you're not satisfied with the results of your product, we offer free reprints. Please fill out our contact form and attach a picture of your item, explaining the issue, and your order number so a member of our team can assist you.
Return your items within seven days of receiving your order.
Damaged/misprinted items can only be replaced within 45 days of the original order date. After these 45 days, Livezo is no longer responsible for replacing damaged or misprinted items.
Hygiene products
Hygiene products are exempt from returns due to the risk of spreading infections and diseases. Once hygiene products such as care products and bras have been used up, we can no longer accept returns.
An exception applies if the products are unused and in their original packaging. Send us a photo as proof.
Please note that the design, size, color, and image you upload will be printed on your item. If the wrong size, color, or image is selected and shipped to you, Lumovia is not responsible for replacing these items.
Disclaimer for product images
Please note that while we make every effort to accurately photograph and describe our products, due to variations in screen resolution, we cannot guarantee that every photo in production accurately reflects the actual color of the merchandise. Please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions about the color, material, or size of an item.
Lost packages
If your package is lost in transit, we'll gladly replace it and ensure your order arrives to you. If you don't want the package replaced, we'll have to wait 14 days before refunding your order, assuming the package finds its way to you and is delivered. Our customer service team will check in regularly with your order during the two-week period to track its progress and keep you updated.
Cancellations/Returns
By placing your order, you agree that this is a custom product that will go into production immediately, and that no changes are possible. Your order may be canceled before it goes into production or ships. Cancellations within this timeframe will result in a full refund.
If you are not satisfied with the products you received and would like to return them, please send an email to info@lumovia.de so we can provide you with our return address, or discuss the issue with our customer service team. Emails will be responded to within 48 hours.
